Its been a great day today. With the improving health I am having overall positive feelings and like the progress.

Office work went as usual , nothing specific. some billing stuff and some technical issues.

Finished atkins' 'New Diabetes Revolution' book. Now started reading 'Vital Energy' by Dr. Simon.

In the Evening played little bit of tennis myself. Afterwards played with A for few hours.

Went to M's house to send money for S in India.
